For our end Client in the Swiss public sector, we are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer – Real Estate SAFe.

Initial situation & mandate

• Focus on a tenant portal and modern web solutions for creating user-friendly websites
• Close collaboration with the marketing and operations departments

Main tasks

• Supporting the real estate marketing and management departments in creating requirement specifications, taking into account the technical system requirements (especially for the tenant portal with various self-service cases)
• Developing the subject-specific foundations for requirements creation and translating business requirements into backlog items (epics, features, etc.)
• Analysing the overall interrelationships of business processes, organisational structures, IT and material resources, and identifying security vulnerabilities
• Identifying, reviewing and documenting technical needs; developing proposed solutions and decision-making criteria
• Preparing quality assurance measures in accordance with the specified requirements
• Creating test cases and evaluating and supporting user testing

Work mode: Bern. On-site at the client’s location 20% (Tuesdays) / Home office 40%, depending on the project phase.

Competenze richieste

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Business Informatics (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) or equivalent further education
• Several years of experience in business analysis and solution design, as well as experience with agile methods (SAFe)
• Experience in AI-supported business analysis and design, as well as a habit of automating tasks where possible and sensible
• Very good German and good English skills

Advantageous

• Expertise in the railway sector, preferably in the real estate field
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures as well as understanding of web-based architectures and technologies
• Willingness to take responsibility and proactively initiate and manage professional topics
• SAP know-how (releasing processes)
