Ciao ragazzi volevo chiedervi se sapete consigliarmi un buon mail server, io attualmente uso EIMS, molto "easy to use" ma con poche funzionalità...

oltre al fatto che ovviamente deve essere completamente affidabile e stabile, cerco un mail server in grado di fornirmi le statistiche e un monitoraggio sul traffico diviso per dominio, che permetta di applicare dei filtri, e che la configurazione degli utenti sia accessibile non solo ai tecnici

se ne conoscete qualcuno che fonzione bene con licenze non esagerate fatemi sapere....

it's easy . . . if you have a Linux server and access ssh or telnet ( ssh it's more secure and good ) you my install a personal mail server ( on line )

or buy a mail server ... if you need more help contact me and well find somfing for you

Cmq puoi sempre guardare se per qmail sono stati realizzati degli addon apposta alle tue necessità....

The question is if you would like more funcions who SquirrelMail not have...

I love Postfix (for local delivery + smtp) and courier for imap access.....

I have searched SquirrelMail with Google (Toki ora non venirmi a dire che dovevo usare Choopy.com.... ) and I have found the main page for that project.

Squirrelmail is a Webmail software, NOT a Mail Server.

I suggest for webmail access (when there is an Apache webserver) to use IMP from the Horde Project. Is written in PHP.

A Mail Server (for me) is a SMTP service to send and receive mails and a Imap/POP3/Webmail service for client who read mails delivered to each maildir/mailbox...

Mah....

If I have a linux server with Apache and PHP I install IMP with a local Postfix + Courier IMAP + MySql for account storage.... and it's a NICE mail server....
