Allinweb SA (Lugano, Switzerland) is looking for an AI Engineer to develop an advanced AI application capable of generating structured input data for RPA processes and performing predictive analytics using regression models and multi-level Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Main Responsibilities
Design and build AI architectures able to understand natural language inputs and transform them into structured datasets for automation workflows.
Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines combining document-level, contextual, and historical knowledge.
Work with both open-source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Falcon) and closed models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini) to achieve optimal accuracy and performance.
Develop predictive and regression algorithms to analyze historical or generated data.
Collaborate with the RPA development team to integrate AI modules within the Allinweb Robotics Suite.
Competenze richieste
Required Skills
Proven experience in developing AI or ML applications (Python, Node.js, or C#).
Strong understanding of LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite, Vector DBs).
Experience working with LLM APIs and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and data processing pipelines.
Experience in semantic retrieval, embeddings, and ranking mechanisms.
Clean, modular, and well-documented coding style.
Nice to Have
Experience with process orchestration and automation frameworks.
Background in fintech or banking.
Interest in on-premise or local AI solutions, in addition to cloud-based environments.
Location & Collaboration
Location: Lugano, Switzerland
Work mode: hybrid or full-remote (initial on-site collaboration preferred for onboarding)
Type: long-term project with potential involvement in new AI product lines
