We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Program Manager to lead the delivery and governance of multiple security initiatives across a complex international IT environment. The successful candidate will coordinate stakeholders across business and technology teams, ensuring the successful execution of strategic cybersecurity programs and remediation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple cybersecurity workstreams, including:
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Backup & Resilience
  • Security Compliance and Risk Reduction initiatives
• Act as the primary coordination point between security teams, IT teams, and external suppliers
• Drive program governance, planning, execution, and reporting activities
• Define priorities, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies
• Provide guidance to IT teams on cybersecurity requirements, remediation approaches, and best practices
• Facilitate decision-making processes and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Produce executive-level reporting and status updates for senior stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of security processes and operational effectiveness

Competenze richieste

• Experience in Project or Program Management within cybersecurity environments
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains, particularly:
  • Vulnerability Management
  • IAM
  • Backup & Disaster Recovery
  • Security Governance
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical findings into business-oriented recommendations
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent certification
• CISSP, CISM, or other Cyber Security certifications
• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
