We are seeking a Middle-level Maintenance Engineering Specialist for an important international project in the Facility & Maintenance Engineering sector. The role focuses on the harmonization and optimization of maintenance plans across multiple countries, while supporting the implementation of a new AMS/AM digital tool.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform gap analysis on preventive maintenance plans, OEM manuals, legal requirements, and local constraints
- Support the definition and implementation of global standardized maintenance strategies
- Analyze and standardize maintenance activities across 6 countries
- Collaborate with local technical teams and service providers
- Support the roll out and adoption of a new maintenance management digital tool
- Provide technical guidance for new sites (e.g. Germany)
- Produce structured reporting on compliance levels
Work mode: 2/3 days onsite near Rho, Milan.

Competenze richieste
- Solid experience in Maintenance Engineering, Facility Engineering or Industrial Maintenance
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance plans and OEM documentation
- Experience in maintenance standardization and gap analysis
- Hands-on, pragmatic approach (“willing to get hands dirty”)
- Ability to manage both technical details and global perspective
- International/multicountry experience
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with AMS / CMMS / Asset Management tools
- Background in Digital Transformation projects
- Knowledge of maintenance compliance and regulations
- Experience in facility/building maintenance
