Our Client is looking for highly experienced PMO Assistant to support the establishment of a Project Management Office.
The selected candidate will support multiple projects in parallel, working closely with project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide and manage project documentation in accordance with the HERMES methodology
- Perform project controlling activities
- Prepare, organize and document meetings
- Set up and support procurement processes for project resources
- Ensure readiness for audits and reviews
- Handle administrative tasks
- Support project managers by taking over operational and organizational tasks
- Assist in implementing communication measures
- Support planning and coordination of project rollouts and related activities
- Assist in the execution and coordination of WTO tenders
- Ensure knowledge transfer by feeding back project experiences to the internal PMO for continuous improvement of knowledge management

Competenze richieste
Requirements
Professional Experience
- Proven experience as PMO support in large-scale projects
- Minimum 6 consecutive months in IT projects
- Experience in project controlling, administrative support and meeting management
- Clear demonstration of individual contributions in past roles
Methodology & Certifications
- Strong knowledge of the HERMES project management methodology
- HERMES certification required
- Experience working in HERMES projects within the last 5 years
Project Rollout Experience
- At least 6 months of experience supporting project rollouts within the last 5 years
- Experience implementing defined rollout and/or communication measures
Agile Experience
- Experience in Agile environments (SCRUM or KANBAN)
Education & Skills
- Strong business administration knowledge
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Strong written communication skills and experience in documentation
Languages
- German: Mandatory
- English: Minimum B1 level (spoken and written) with certification or equivalent proof
Work Setup
- On-site: 40-60%
- Remote: 40-60% (depending on project phase)
- Remote work is only permitted within Switzerland
Additional Requirements
- Residence in Switzerland or valid C residence permit required at time of application
