To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a professional with solid experience in Program & Project Manager – Loyalty and Product Marketing (Payments) who combines strong analytical thinking with end-to-end Program/Project Management to drive business initiatives in Loyalty and Product Marketing across issuers, acquirers, and merchants. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Data/Analytics, Sales, Partner teams) to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and orchestrate delivery from discovery to roll-out—translating insights into tangible commercial outcomes.

Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownerships
Analytics & Insights
- Frame business questions, structure analyses, and transform data into actionable recommendations on product adoption, activation, usage, retention, CLV, and campaign performance
- Define KPI trees and dashboards (e.g., adoption, engagement, redemption, uplift, ROI, CAC, NPS)
Program / Project Management
- Own the plan and governance: scope, roadmap, milestones, RAID log, budget tracking, status reporting, and change management
- Coordinate third parties and internal teams; translate business needs into functional requirements; ensure on-time, on-quality delivery (Agile or hybrid)
- Run steering committees and provide executive-level reporting and escalation
Loyalty & Product Marketing
- Contribute to data-driven value propositions, pricing/promotions, and go-to-market plans for payment products and partner programs (issuer & merchant)
- Co-design loyalty mechanics (earn/burn), segmentation strategies, journeys, and CRM/marketing automation use cases
Stakeholder & Compliance
- Engage with client’s internal teams and external partners (issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs)
- Promote best practices for privacy/compliance and data governance
Core Competencies, knowledge and experience
- Excellent analytical mindset with proven ability to structure complex problems and create clear, concise narratives from data
- Hands-on background in business topics: Loyalty, CRM, Product Marketing, Customer/Revenue Analytics, or Growth/Engagement
- Solid Program/Project Management experience (4/6+ years): planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk/dependency handling
- Experience in payments (networks, issuers, acquirers, merchant services) or consulting projects for these ecosystems
- Proficiency with Excel/Power Point
- Strong communication and presentation skills for senior audiences

- English fluent
- Italian fluent
