In Dev World, we are looking for a Middle Project Manager to strengthen the team on a strategic project for one of our key clients.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager, ensuring operational excellence and on-time delivery of project milestones.

What you will do

• Operational Management: Continuously monitor project timelines and key KPIs to ensure progress and quality delivery
• Budget Management: Support cost control activities and assist in managing the allocated project budget
• Reporting: Prepare project documentation and provide regular status updates and progress reports
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager to ensure smooth communication across departments and stakeholders

Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a Project Management role

Languages:

• Excellent command of English (minimum B2/C1)
• Italian : Native 

Soft Skills:

• Proactive mindset
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage priorities effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments

Working details

• Location: Hybrid working model
• On-site presence: 2 days per week in Milan
