SUPPORTO L3 SU C# .NET or Java, JSF, Spring Boot - ONSITE 5/5 (PORCIA / SUSANEGA)
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1.Act as the onsite Manufacturing SME / shop-floor walker, owning day-to-day MES support at the plant.
2.Provide hands-on L2/L3 support during Testing, Validation, and Go-Live, ensuring minimal production disruption.
3.Support shop-floor deployment and stabilization of MES / .NET / Java applications.
4.Diagnose and resolve production issues across UI, workflows, integrations, equipment interfaces, and databases.
4.Work closely with plant users, IT/OT teams, and offshore AMS teams to ensure fast issue resolution.
5.Validate MES workflows, business rules, and integrations against real manufacturing processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend MES enhancements based on shop-floor observations.
Good-to-Have
• Hands-on experience supporting MES / Manufacturing / Digital applications in production-critical plant environments.
• Strong ability to stabilize, support, and improve high-availability manufacturing systems during live production.
• Primary technical skills:
• C# / .NET or Java (JSF, Spring Boot) with hands-on experience supporting or enhancing enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of manufacturing workflows, MES integrations, and shop-floor operations, including ERP and equipment interfaces.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to work directly with plant users as an onsite SME.
Secondary technical skills:
• VB.NET, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, React, REST APIs, Web Services
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS, Windows Services, and batch / background jobs.
• Exposure to MES tools and legacy manufacturing systems
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and basic Python scripting for support or analysis.
• Understanding of MES data models, reports, workflows, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with IT/OT concepts (PLC, OPC, shop-floor connectivity) at a functional level.
