THE PROJECT

It is being upgraded by an external vendor into a new version, with production deployment in October–November 2026, content migration in November–December 2026 and go-live on 31 January 2027. The vendor's contract ends on 25 November 2026; from then on the Agency takes over third-level support. You will replace the client-side developer and also work on the IRMA 2.0 Access and Content Management module and related SharePoint/.NET applications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO – APPLICATION MAINTENANCE AND EVOLUTION
- Maintain and evolve the code base: change requests, bugs, technical debt and security findings.
- - Maintain the EU Login, SAML, Entra ID and identity integrations, the PDF components and the document-migration interfaces.
- - Review the vendor's deliverables (code, packages, documents) for acceptance.
- - From 25 November 2026, provide third-level support and maintenance of the new version in production.
- - Deliver change requests and fixes for IRMA 2.0 modules and related SharePoint/.NET applications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO – RELEASE, DESIGN AND KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
- Support deployments to UAT, pre-production and production through the Change Advisory Board.
- - Contribute to technical design and code reviews.
- - Update technical design, deployment and operations manuals and onboarding material.
- - Coach the client's developers and hand over at the end of each period.
