DID S.r.l. is looking for a Standard-level Test Expert with hands-on SharePoint testing experience to join a Scrum team that builds the intranet, extranet and business applications of a major EU Agency headquartered in Warsaw. Near-site engagement (within 2 hours by car of Warsaw), 12 months renewable up to 41 months.

Workload: Full time, 220 working days per year (normal working hours), no on-call or extended hours

Duration: 12 months initial contract, renewable for 12, 12 and 5 months (up to 41 months in total)

Application deadline: 26 October 2026 (the proposal goes to the client by 29 October 2026)

Start: Between 30 November 2026 and 30 January 2027

Security clearance: Not required

Engagement: Through DID S.r.l. as contractor; freelance (B2B) or other arrangement to be agreed

Compensation: EUR 300 per day

THE PROJECT

The portfolio provides the Agency's applications, intranet and extranet. Its platforms are SharePoint (2016 on-premise, Online and Subscription Edition, including the corporate intranet with document management and workflows) and ServiceNow (service desk, HR, general services and ETIAS support). Internal customers include HR, Legal, ETIAS, Equipment, Logistics and Operations. You will work in a Scrum team and focus mainly on testing SharePoint solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO – TEST DESIGN AND EXECUTION

• Test delivered backlog items against the documented requirements.
• - Prepare test plans and test cases from the Business Analyst's user stories.
• - Document test cases and test reports.
• - Define the test strategy, track defects and report on status and quality trends.
• - Support the whole cycle: bug fixing, re-testing, UAT, change, deployment, hypercare.

WHAT YOU WILL DO – TEAM AND USERS

• Estimate workload, timing and risks for sprint planning.
• - Organise UAT, onboard business users to the UAT environment and support them.
• - Give input for new projects, change requests and purchases.
• - Collaborate with analysts, architects, developers and the service desk.

Competenze richieste

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Every requirement below is checked against your CV and documents before the interview; missing any one of them means automatic rejection.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (EQF level 6); an ICT degree is not mandatory. Proof: copy of diploma.
• - English: B2 (CEFR), also verified at interview. Proof: official, unexpired certificate (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, TOEIC, EF SET) or assessment from a certified language centre.
• - IT professional experience: 5 years, non-overlapping periods. Proof: CV with dates (MM/YYYY), employer and role.
• - Experience as Test Expert or Test Lead: 4 years. Proof: CV with project list, dates and role.
• - Certifications: ISTQB Advanced (Foundation is not enough) or an equivalent accepted by the client; alternatively, 3 additional years in test management (at least 7 years as tester, 3 of them in test management). Proof: copy of valid certificate, or CV with dates.

NOT MANDATORY, BUT SCORED AT THE INTERVIEW AND STRONGLY VALUED

• Front-end and back-end testing on SharePoint on-premise.
• - Testing SharePoint data integration solutions.
• - Testing on SharePoint Online.
• - ServiceNow, Power Automate / Workflow 2013, Graph API, PowerShell.
• - UAT coordination with business users; experience with EU Institutions.

For the proposal: detailed CV in English (DID will transfer it into the client's Personnel Submission Form, which you sign); copy of your highest degree/diploma; copy of your English certificate or certified assessment; copy of your ISTQB Advanced (or equivalent) certificate; signed Statement of Intent; signed Statement of Compliancy to the Profile.

Before starting, if selected: criminal record excerpt issued less than 6 months earlier; signed Code of Conduct for Contractors and Consultant's Declaration; signed Acceptable Use Policy, including consent to data processing for monitoring purposes.
