DID S.r.l. is looking for Standard-level SharePoint Developers (SPFx / .NET) to join the Scrum teams that build the intranet, extranet and business applications of a major EU Agency headquartered in Warsaw. Three positions, near-site engagement (within 2 hours by car of Warsaw), 12 months renewable up to 41 months.

Delivery mode: Near-site: you must live within 2 hours by car of Warsaw, Poland; the assigned location is the client HQ in Warsaw

Business travel: Not foreseen

Workload: Full time, 220 working days per year (normal working hours), no on-call or extended hours

Duration: 12 months initial contract, renewable for 12, 12 and 5 months (up to 41 months in total)

Start: From 1 December 2026

Security clearance: Not required

Engagement: Through DID S.r.l. as contractor; freelance (B2B) or other arrangement to be agreed

Compensation: EUR 370 per day

THE PROJECT

The portfolio provides the Agency's applications, intranet and extranet. Its main platforms are SharePoint (2016 on-premise, Online and Subscription Edition) and ServiceNow. SharePoint hosts the corporate intranet with document management, workflows and the organisation chart. Internal customers include HR, Legal, ETIAS, Equipment, Logistics and Operations. You will work in a Scrum team with a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Owner, tester and Business Analyst.

WHAT YOU WILL DO – DEVELOPMENT

• Estimate and develop backlog items from the internal customers' needs.
• - Estimate workload, timing and risks for sprint planning.
• - Write the Technical Design Document and give input for projects, change requests and purchases.
• - Optimise performance and security; manage configuration and releases.
• - Follow the whole cycle: bug fixing, UAT, change, deployment, hypercare.

WHAT YOU WILL DO – ANALYSIS AND ADVICE

• Run gap analyses, SWOT and feasibility studies; review third-party and tender documents.
• - Contribute to backlog refinement in the Scrum team.
• - Show the business what SharePoint can do: mock-ups, demos, managing expectations.
• - Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, build prototypes and define standards.
• - Give independent recommendations to the Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner and Scrum Master.

Competenze richieste

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Every requirement below is checked against your CV and documents before the interview; missing any one of them means automatic rejection.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (EQF level 6); an ICT degree is not mandatory. Proof: copy of diploma.
• - English: B2 (CEFR), also verified at interview. Proof: official, unexpired certificate (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, TOEIC, EF SET) or assessment from a certified language centre.
• - IT professional experience: 4 years, non-overlapping periods. Proof: CV with dates (MM/YYYY), employer and role.
• - Experience as SharePoint/Software Developer: 2 years. Proof: CV with project list, dates and role.
• - Certifications: at least 1 intermediate-level certificate in software development relevant to SharePoint/Microsoft (e.g. a Microsoft developer certification), or an equivalent accepted by the client. Proof: copy of valid certificate.

NOT MANDATORY, BUT SCORED AT THE INTERVIEW AND STRONGLY VALUED

• SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React and JavaScript.
• - PnP, SharePoint REST API and Microsoft Graph API.
• - Server-side C#/.NET Framework/SQL: Web Parts, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs.
• - OWASP secure coding on .NET and JavaScript; secure client-side components.
• - SharePoint Online with Power Platform; valid Microsoft certifications.
• - UML, technical leadership, SharePoint 2016 / Subscription Edition.

For the proposal: detailed CV in English (DID will transfer it into the client's Personnel Submission Form, which you sign); copy of your highest degree/diploma; copy of your English certificate or certified assessment; copies of your professional certifications; signed Statement of Intent; signed Statement of Compliancy to the Profile.

Before starting, if selected: criminal record excerpt issued less than 6 months earlier; signed Code of Conduct for Contractors and Consultant's Declaration; signed Acceptable Use Policy, including consent to data processing for monitoring purposes.
